Following the success of our first Photo Fair in July 2020, despite the early closure due to a Covid snap lockdown, we are excited to announce the return of PHOTO FAIR #2 on November 30, and December 1, 2024.
The perfect opportunity to find unique Christmas gifts while supporting local photographers.
The Photo Fair #2 is a community event to sell, swap, and showcase photographic works.
Whether you’re a photographer looking to sell or swap your images or a visitor eager to discover and purchase unique photographic works, this fair is designed for you.
Date: November 30 and December 1, 2024
Free entry for buyers, visitors, and the general public.

Whether you’re a photography enthusiast, collector, or simply looking for a unique gift, PHOTO FAIR #2 offers a diverse selection of works by talented local photographers.
Support the Brisbane photographic community by attending and exploring what’s on offer.
- This is a free event for the public, no booking is necessary.
- Street parking.
- Disabled access is available upon request.
- The Photo Fair is open each day from 10 am – 4 pm.
- Book a table for one day (Saturday, November 30), for $150, to showcase and sell your photos, photo books, and other printed photography-related items.
- Book a table for two days (Saturday and Sunday), and save $50 on the second day booking.
- Each table includes 2 meters of wall space to display your work prominently. Tables are limited, so book early to secure your spot. This is an excellent chance to connect with fellow photographers, share your work, and gain exposure within the community.
- As this is a Community Event, your sales from the Photo Fair are commission-free.
GUIDELINES:
The table registrations close on 15 October, 5pm. The deal is “first in first served”.
- You must organise your own disply installation. The installation days are Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, from 2 pm – 6 pm. Please book your installation day via email .
- Prints can be attached to the wall by 3M command strips, available from Officeworks or Bunnings.
- Any damage to the walls must be rectified by the exhibiting photographer.
- You must attend your booked table during the opening hours, each day from 10 am – 4 pm.
- Displayed images must not violate any third-party rights.
- The Centre reserves the right to reject any work at its discretion and does not take legal responsibility on behalf of the photographer.
- The exhibiting photographers must organise their own insurance for the works.
- The exhibiting photographers must organise their own Point Of Sale system.
- We require two of your images for advertising purpose, no later than October 15. The files can be JPEG or PNG, hi-res. max size 1mb. Copyright remains with the photographer. We reserve the right to crop your images if need be, to suit the advertising format.
- Send us your social media handles and we will tag you in the advertising posts.
